History
Disney's Old Key West Resort is a Disney Vacation Club resort that debuted on December 20, 1991. Originally named Disney's Vacation Club Resort, it underwent a name change in January 1996. As the initial Disney Vacation Club Timeshare Resort, it boasts the most spacious rooms among the fifteen Disney Vacation Club Resorts. The accommodations feature kitchen amenities and a laundry area, all styled in a Key West theme. Additionally, rooms are available for rent year-round to both members and non-members since Disney Vacation Club still possesses a majority stake in the resort.
